Just moved into a new place and your service provider has told you that you are connected but when you check for dial tone, you got nothing. This is a common story when people move into a new place, specifically an apartment block or a commercial building. So what do you do? Basically, what you need is a licensed technician to come out and connect the carrier’s side of the MDF to your side.We are Sydney’s MDF jumpering experts, and with our ex Telstra qualified technicians, we can get you up and running in no time. Just one thing we would kindly request, is that if you could please organise access to the MDF before we come out, either through your strata or landlord, as we cannot access MDF rooms without a key. We can work with you to find a suitable time for both our technician and your building manager or strata to be there.
